Orlando’s Fiesta in the Park

We will be participating in the Fiesta in the Park Arts & Crafts Show at Lake Eola Park in downtown Orlando, FL on November 7-8, 2009 between 10am and 5pm. Part of the proceeds from the event go directly to benefit Lake Eola Park.

Mary Help of Christians Fall Festival

We will be participating in the Mary Help of Christians Fall Harvest Festival on Saturday, November 21st and Sunday, November 22nd from noon until 6pm both days. There will be rides, food, and entertainment. Come join us for a great family event.

Lolliposh Fall Event

Kizmet Kreations has been invited to participate in Lolliposh’s Fall 2009 sale. The event will take place October 17th and 18th 2009 in the Levin Gymnasium at the Soref JCC located at 6501 West Sunrise Blvd, Plantation, FL 33313. The event will run Saturday and Sunday from 9am until 2pm. There is a pre-sale for vendors Friday night.

Blue Grass & BBQ

While at the Family Splash event this past weekend, we were invited to participate in another event taking place in  the Town of Davie. This event is presented by the Old Davie School located at 6650 Griffin Road in Davie, FL. The event takes place from 10am until 5pm in the Jambolyn Plum Tree Grove. 5 live bands are scheduled to play between 12 and 5pm. There will be Arts & Craft vendors, food, drinks, and raffle prizes!

Bring your chairs! Parking on property is $5. Parking at Davie Town Hall is free. Admission $1. Ages 14 and under are free.

What’s New?

Anyone who has been on our site lately has probably noticed that we haven’t been adding to our new items section. We have been having a hard time keeping up with uploading photos of our new one of a kind creations because many are selling at local events before we get a chance to add them to our site. During the next few months, we will be trying to add more custom designs to our site where people can choose a specific design and pick the color and size they need, and we will make the item to order. We have already added a few designs in our T-shirt section, purses, scrunchies, baseball caps, and infant onesies. We plan on adding more selections shortly. We will continue adding limited edition women’s clothing and children’s wear.

We are also in the process of creating a How-To video demonstrating some of our basic designs. We are hoping to have this available before the holidays.

Broward Center For The Performing Arts Hippie Fest/Flashback Party

Julie Oakley, coordinator of the Suntrust Jazz Brunch, recently recommended us to the Broward Performing Arts Center as a tie-dye vendor. As a result, we have been invited to participate  in their Hippie Fest/Flashback Party at the Broward Performing Arts Center on Sunday, August 16th, 2009. The event features a concert and party commemorating the 40th anniversary of Woodstock. Vendors will be set up in the lobby and courtyard selling items related to the Woodstock era. We will be selling tie-dye items from 5-8:30pm. The pre-concert party takes place from 5-7pm, and we will be selling until the end of the first intermission at 8:30. Join us!

2009 Labor Day Family Splash & Craft Show

This event takes place in the Town of Davie at Pine Island Park located at 3800 SW 92nd Avenue in Davie, FL. Kizmet Kreations, Inc. will be participating in the arts & Craft portion of the event which takes place between 10am and 4:30pm. There will also be children’s activities and a family pool party at the event.

Additional Jazz Brunch Dates

We enjoyed participating in the Ft. Lauderdale Suntrust Jazz Brunch yesterday and have decided to make this a regular event. The Jazz Brunch takes place on the first Sunday of every month on the Ft. 21st Annual ABW Day Celebration

Kizmet Kreations will be participating for the second year in a row as a vendor at this women’s conference. The event is sponsored by the Broward, Palm Beach, and Dade County Chapters of The American Business Women’s Association. The conference takes place from August 28-30.
